National Guard suiting up for beach "mission"
"You can do it in the guard." That’s only one of the slogans used in National Guard ads. For here in Cleveland County, you can find out what their latest slogan is first-hand.
The National Guard is always looking for new people and this weekend they’ll be manning a booth at the Kings Mountain Beach Blast to those interested in joining. But local recruiting officers say they are taking a different approach to recruit by having a little fun.
