CC Man on 3-Million Dollar Bond

Authorities depend a lot on community tips when it comes to crime and putting people behind bars. Now, one Lawndale man is on a 3-million dollar bond with the help of information provided by residents.

The Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics and Community-Oriented Policing divisions worked on an investigation of drug sales in the southern end of Cleveland County.

According to the sheriff’s office, investigators discovered that cocaine and marijuana was delivered to the Cleveland County area. Police later seized 3 ounces of cocaine and one pound of marijuana. The man police say is behind the crime? 31-year old Enrique Loza of 105 Kern Ct in Lawndale.

Loza is facing multiple charges including two counts of possession with intent to sale or deliver marijuana, two counts of sell or deliver marijuana, and trafficking cocaine by transportation, delivery, and sell.

Loza is incarcerated at the Cleveland County Detention Center on a $3,000,000.00 secured bond.
